Start your career with the FFB Group by doing an apprenticeship or trainee programme

Trainees and interns

Our internships and trainee programmes enable students and graduates to gain first-hand professional experience in various areas.
Migros Industrie’s trainee programme also provides the opportunity to spend time at the FFB Group.

Apprenticeships

The FFB Group trains over 220 apprentices in various professions. We provide comprehensive, sound and practical basic training. Our programme is broad and wide-ranging. We aim to prepare you for the future after completing your apprenticeship.

Insightful taster days

Doing a taster placement with us before applying for an apprenticeship is a great idea. This placement gives us the chance to get to know each other better. You’ll soon discover whether the FFB Group is the right company for you and whether you feel at home with us.
Depending on the type of apprenticeship, this placement can last between two and five days.
You need to submit a full application when applying for the taster placement. This includes:
• Cover letter
• Current passport photo
• CV with references
• Copies of school reports/certificates from upper secondary school up
• Copy of “Stellwerk 8” career assessment (if available)
