Our Business Units
The Bread and Baked Goods business unit provides a wide range of bread, confectionery and pastries as well as pasta and convenience products. Another key area is gluten-free baked goods from the specialist production facility in Huttwil (BE). These products are sold under the “aha!” label at Migros and are available from certain stores in the “HUTTWILER glutenfree” range.
The Convenience business unit produces ready meals, potato and frozen products as well as processed fruit. This business unit also supplies ultra-fresh and Asian products in line with the current consumer trends for freshness and international flavours.
The Drinks business unit provides a wide range of refreshing beverages. These include high-quality fruit juices, mineral water and carbonated soft drinks, a range of iced teas, syrups and various other drinks.
Swiss Gastro Solutions operates in the Swiss food service sector and provides a wide range of products and solutions for the catering industry, hotels, event catering, care homes and hospitals.

Sushi Mania SA
Sushi Mania SA, a subsidiary of the Fresh Food & Beverage Group, produces a wide range of Asian products and supplies Migros stores and other distribution channels. The company has over 40 in-store sushi corners, which make sushi, poké bowls and other Asian specialities a major part of the ready-to-eat offering. Sushi Mania is based in Vuadens and employs approximately 300 staff.
