Vocational training and apprenticeships
The Fresh Food & Beverage Group trains over 220 apprentices in various disciplines. We believe in comprehensive, sound and hands-on vocational training. Our apprentices are our future!
Your apprenticeship at the Fresh Food & Beverage Group
Independent work on projects, time for learning while working, in-house and external training courses. We prepare you for your post-apprenticeship future.
Our exciting apprenticeships
Our training programme is broad and diverse. Our apprentices learn a great deal and quickly get the chance to work independently – in every apprenticeship profession along the entire value chain. We currently have more than 220 apprentices training with us, covering around a dozen disciplines:

Instructive taster days
Before you apply for an apprenticeship at the Bischofszell site, you should complete a trial apprenticeship with us. Depending on the apprenticeship, the trial apprenticeship lasts between two and five days.
When applying for the trial apprenticeship, we need a complete application dossier from you. This includes:
- Letter of motivation
- Current passport photo
- Curriculum vitae with references
- Copies of school reports from high school
- Copy signal box 8 (if available)
It is important to us that you complete a trial apprenticeship with us. During your trial period we get to know each other better. You will quickly find out whether the Fresh Food & Beverage Group, Bischofszell site, is the right training company for you and whether you feel comfortable with us.
Vocational training lesson
Our company is committed to ensuring that access to possible apprenticeships is simple and practical. Especially in this day and age, it is important to explain to young people their prospects and opportunities in the job market. For this reason, we have created the lesson Career Search.
In one lesson (45′) we present various professions live via teams.
