From around 55,000 tons of potatoes per year, we produce crispy chips, French fries in all variations, hash browns, potato flakes and much more.
Fruit products
We make a wide assortment of fruit products – from apple purée, fruit snacks, vermicelles and jams to fillings for pear pastries (“Birnenweggen”) and almond croissants (“Mandelgipfel”) to strawberry glaze for cakes. Our toppings and dessert sauces are perfect for refining and decorating coupes, desserts, shakes and other sweet creations.
Ready-to-eat and frozen products
Our range includes packaged portions of single vegetables, mixed vegetables and ready-made meals such as lasagne. Our “ready-to-eat” products – high-quality salads, bircher muesli and meals with a short shelf life – are prepared with particular care and contain no additives. Sauces are another of our specialities. Be it a hollandaise, pepper or tomato-based sauce – our products are the right choice.
Obermeilen brand – customised products for the industry
The Obermeilen brand offers its customers in the food and beverage industry a wide range of products, developing and producing customised items and various standard product ranges. The range includes flavourings and essences, special fruit preparations and raw materials for the dairy and ice-cream industry, bake-stable and non-bake-stable jams, jellies and fillings for cakes and roulades, doughnuts for bakeries, patisseries and confectioners, and much more. We offer semi-finished products with ingredients that are carefully matched to the needs of the beverage industry – for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with and without fruit juice.

Within the export sector, the Convenience BU offers customised solutions in the areas of own brands, brands, contract manufacturing, product development and logistics/service as well as a growing number of label products that add environmental and social value. The main export ranges offered include ice tea, wet sauces, preserves, fruit snacks, rösti and potato crisps. Our export team would be happy to advise you.
