Registration SAP Business

To collaborate with Migros Industry, registration on the SAP Business Network is required. This platform enables efficient and digital handling of processes such as orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

Please ensure that you do not create a new SAP Business Network account if your company already has an existing account.

  • Visit the SAP Business Network website: SAP Business Network Registration
  • Select “Register” and create an account for your company.
  • Fill in the required information and confirm the registration.

 

Tip 1: Use a general email address (e.g., ) for the administrator account to simplify long-term management.

Tip 2: Use a personal email address (=username) and password for all users working with Ariba modules.

Types of Accounts in the SAP Business Network

  • No Subscription or Fees: This account is completely free, regardless of transaction or revenue volume.
  • Features: Access to basic functions such as orders, invoices, and eSourcing activities.
  • Recommendation: Ideal for suppliers with low transaction volumes and basic requirements.
  • Advanced Features: Premium access with extended functionalities and integration options.
  • Fees: Costs are calculated by SAP Ariba based on your transaction volume.

Important Notes

Administrator Account
We strongly recommend creating the main account using a general email address (e.g., ). This ensures access remains available even during personnel changes.

ANID (Ariba Network ID): 
After registration, you will receive a unique Ariba Network ID (ANID), which you can use when communicating with Migros Industrie.
