MIND-Spec: The new supplier specification system of Migros Industry

In February 2026, the companies of Migros Industry – Delica AG, Elsa Group SA, and Fresh Food & Beverage Group AG – introduced the new specification portal “Migros Industry Specification” (short: MIND-Spec). This system was developed to make the exchange of information about raw materials and products more efficient, transparent, and modern. With the introduction of MIND-Spec, the previous specification portals of the aforementioned companies were completely replaced.

To access the supplier specification system MIND-Spec and edit specifications, a personal email address is required. This email address must be communicated to the responsible specification/declaration staff of the respective company so that it can be stored in the system and access can be activated.
Please note that each user requires an individual, personal email address to ensure security and traceability when accessing MIND-Spec.

After the specification/declaration staff of the respective company have entered the personal email address into the system, it is necessary to register it in the system using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This ensures that you can securely access, edit, and transmit specifications to Migros Industrie.
MFA is an essential component of modern IT security standards. With this measure, we not only ensure the protection of your sensitive data but also foster a trustworthy collaboration between you and us.

In the supplier specification system MIND-Spec, specifications can be edited and transmitted to Migros Industrie (Delica AG, Elsa Group SA, and Fresh Food & Beverage Group AG). Micarna will continue to use the previous supplier specification system (SDS portal) until further notice.

At the beginning of the specification process, suppliers will receive an email from the respective Migros Industrie company. This email contains a link that leads directly to the MIND-Spec page where the specification can be edited. Once all required information has been completely entered, the specification can be transmitted to Migros. Subsequently, the specification will be carefully reviewed by the responsible Migros company.
