Bonjour! My name is Arnaud and I have worked at Micarna for the last 23 years. I am in charge of packaging development at the Courtepin site and am also an active member of the Micarna Group’s sports club. My favourite Micarna product is anything in the Optigal chicken range. But if I had to choose one, it would be whole chicken legs that I love to serve with a mushroom, honey and bacon sauce. Happy cooking!

Hi, I’m Ellen and I joined Micarna nine years ago. I am currently based at the Courtepin site where I work as a senior business support specialist in the Procurement Department.
