Hi, I’m Fabienne, a Junior Lean Manager at Micarna in Thal, and I’ve been part of the Micarna Group for 8 years. My absolute favourite product from the entire Micarna range is Appenzeller Mostbröckli. I often use it to make tasty cordon bleu steaks. They are simple to make and totally delicious. Happy cooking!

Bonjour! My name is Arnaud and I have worked at Micarna for the last 23 years. I am in charge of packaging development at the Courtepin site and am also an active member of the Micarna Group’s sports club. My favourite Micarna product is anything in the Optigal chicken range. But if I had to choose one, it would be whole chicken legs that I love to serve with a mushroom, honey and bacon sauce. Happy cooking!
