In our training department, we attach great importance to ensuring that our apprentices not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also gain practical experience. An essential part of this training is the manufacture of your own products, which require both creativity and craftsmanship.

"Too Good To Go"
Since 2020, we have been offering mixed packets via the app “Too Good To Go” in our Micarna shops at the two main locations to reduce our food waste. With the free app, our customers become food savers and can pick up surprise packets worth CHF 45 for CHF 14.90 in our shops.
We can still sell our surplus stock for a small amount and reduce our food waste. At the same time, employees and all other “app users” can buy high-quality food at low prices and try out new products.
