Cook the pasta in a pot of lightly salted boiling water for around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and sweat the spring onion and garlic. Add the prawns and fry for about two minutes on each side. Add the lemon slices and pour in the cream to deglaze. Finally, add the pasta and tomatoes to the pan and mix well. There you have it: a delicious dish starring Fabia’s favourite Micarna product.
