Cut the fillet into chunks of equal thickness and individually wrap them in bacon. Then season with pepper and paprika. Place them on a baking tray and roast them in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
While the meat is in the oven, whip the cream until stiff and flavour it with salt, pepper, ketchup and a tablespoon of brandy. Stir everything well again, then remove the meat from the oven. Spread the cream evenly over the meat and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Finally, serve the party fillet with pasta and beans or a side dish of your choice.
