Our story – From pioneer to pearl

The foundations for Migros Industrie were laid as far back as 1928 by Migros founder Gottlieb Duttweiler, when Migros was forced to set up its own manufacturer network and acquire production companies due to a delivery boycott. From that point, Migros Industrie developed into a top-performing industrial group over the decades.
